About
Tátá is a sustainable zero waste store located in Tondela, Portugal. It's a business I (Tiago) own with my mother Daniela, and is a place for our community to cherish sustainability, love and creativity.
Brief
Create the identity, branding, develop any required graphic content and brainstorm new innovative ideas that can propell our community and business further.
Identity
Tátá is a multicultural name based on my great grandmother's nickname "Tátá", who lived a great part of her life in Mozambique.
The logo showcases a vintage and distinctly feminine design that nods to the past. The "T forms a heart shape, while the leaves in the "a" accents evoke feelings of love for nature and a welcoming attitude.

Collaborations & more
Collaborations have been a great part of the success story of Tátá, within graphic design, we’ve collaborated with Raquel Nunes to create the beautiful Tondela bag for Tátá and it’s a practice we want to continue cherishing.
Part of my responsibility is to bring our community together, and represent our little town Tondela with posters for workshops and creation of short-form video with reels.
